Conclusion: More than half of the women attended at least one antenatal care visit. A sizable proportion of women had infrequent and delayed antenatal care. Intervention efforts to improve antenatal care utilization should involve the following: improving women’s educational achievement, peer education programs to mobilize and support women, programs to change husbands’ attitudes, ameliorate the quality of antenatal care, increasing the Health Extension Worker’s home visits program, and increasing the awareness of pregnancy complications.]]> Thu 04 Nov 2021 10:38:40 AEDT ]]> WOMEN's knowledge of obstetric danger signs in Ethiopia (WOMEN's KODE): a systematic review and meta-analysis https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:42462 Thu 02 Mar 2023 13:50:15 AEDT ]]> An empirical investigation of technical efficiency, technology adoption and welfare of smallholder farmers in Ethiopia https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:37840 Mon 17 May 2021 12:13:24 AEST ]]> Determinants of intimate partner violence against women in Ethiopia: a multi-level analysis https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:39141 Mon 16 May 2022 15:36:53 AEST ]]> Progress in health among regions of Ethiopia, 1990–2019: a subnational country analysis for the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019 https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:51594 Mon 11 Sep 2023 15:59:43 AEST ]]> The Role of Maternal Intimate Partner Violence Victimization on Neonatal Mortality in Ethiopia https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:44210 Mon 10 Oct 2022 15:49:30 AEDT ]]> Determinants of postnatal care service utilization among married women in rural areas in western Ethiopia https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:52325 Mon 09 Oct 2023 10:25:59 AEDT ]]> Audit of Clinical Care for Women with Preeclampsia or Eclampsia and Perinatal Outcome in Ethiopia: Second National EmONC Survey https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:48211 Mon 08 May 2023 15:43:16 AEST ]]> Spatial and hierarchical Bayesian analysis to identify factors associated with caesarean delivery use in Ethiopia: evidence from national population and health facility data https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:49835 Mon 05 Jun 2023 13:52:33 AEST ]]> Factors Associated with Gender-Based Violence Perpetration by Male High School Students in Eastern Ethiopia https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:46811 Mon 05 Dec 2022 08:50:23 AEDT ]]> Individual and community level determinants of short birth interval in Ethiopia: A multilevel analysis https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:40057 Mon 04 Jul 2022 15:12:41 AEST ]]> Factors affecting utilization of antenatal care in Ethiopia: a systematic review and meta-analysis https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:36971 Fri 24 Jul 2020 13:59:42 AEST ]]> Optimum maternal healthcare service utilization and infant mortality in Ethiopia https://ogma.newcastle.edu.au/vital/access/ /manager/Repository/uon:38515 p-value = 0.007).
